Do you need a house to be cleared out?  If so, we are here to help! 

We recognize that the circumstance surrounding a house clearance is often a very emotional time and our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you. 

Typically when preparing a house for sale, the realtor will ask that the property is “broom clean.” With many years of accumulated possessions, it can be a daunting task for the homeowner, relative, adult child, or friend. We have a team in place that can quickly and easily take on this challenge!    

Our services include (but are not limited to): 

• We work with you to make sure keepsakes and other valuable items are identified and dispersed according to your wishes (consignment, donation, estate sale, gift, or a combination of the above) with the proceeds and tax benefits returned to you. Any other items will be removed and dispersed of responsibly.  

Note: Some restrictions may apply to animals and dangerous materials.  Local and federal restrictions may apply. 

• We coordinate the shipment of items to family members. 

• We can coordinate repairs, from painters to plumbers, architects to  builders, house cleaners to landscapers, we have a list of trusted professionals we can recommend (or work with one of your choice.) We can arrange for needed services and supervise it all. 

• We can assist in the selection of a realtor or work with one of your choice. 

• We arrange for thorough cleaning as well as “sprucing up” your home to increase marketability.
