Transformaison®, LLC was started by Elizabeth Arrington, a Certified Move Manager (cSMM), with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and Advanced Licensure from City & Guilds of London in Decorative Arts and Restoration. As a cSMM, she maintains the highest industry standards while providing professional organization, space planning, relocation services, and transition assistance.
A lover of diverse art, culture, and architecture, Elizabeth and her family simplified and downsized their oversized home and belongings 80% following a 6 month trip to Europe (where she lived out of a carry on bag). She recently rightsized again from a family home to a perfect 1500 square foot condominium. Whether out of a suitcase, a studio apartment, a condo, or a well equipped home, she is a master of living large in a small space.
Armed with a background in clinical social work, she has a keen understanding of people, a powerful intuition, and acute listening skills, allowing her to assist her client’s in making their Transformaison® smooth and stress free. An artist, she founded Go With the Faux, a business offering Fine Decorative Finishes, Restoration, and Custom Design. Her marriage to a residential architect furthered her interest in the transformation of a space uniquely suited to a client’s needs.
After more than a dozen well executed moves of her own as well as helping friends sort, organize their surroundings, and downsize years of accumulations, Transformaison® was born. A former artist, entrepreneur, and social worker, Elizabeth brings personal and professional uniqueness to the environment; her extensive travel experience colors her design sensitivities and worldview. Whether she is assisting in rightsizing an existing space, managing a move, providing organizational help, or preparing a home for sale or age in place renovations, her design sensibilities, knowledge, and unique skill set, Elizabeth offers clients solutions that WORK!
